We are seeking a Office Manager to join our team in Beograd. The role involves overseeing daily office operations, coordinating communication and administrative tasks, and ensuring an organised, efficient, and supportive work environment.

Office Manager tasks

-Coordinating daily branch activities and workflows
-Preparing documentation for external accounting (basic accounting knowledge is an advantage)
-Managing correspondence and communication with clients, suppliers, institutions, and legal representatives
-Executing bank transfers and managing databases
-Handling general administrative tasks such as contracts and decisions
-Monitoring relevant regulations and ensuring compliance
-Organising international travel and accommodation, including communication with hotels and arranging payments
-Processing incoming invoices, assigning costs, preparing payment specifications, and forwarding documents to bookkeepers in line with accounting procedures and Serbian law
-Performing other tasks as assigned by the Director
The candidate must also have

-SSS/VŠS/VSS
-3–5 years of experience in a similar role
-Strong time management, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
-Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented approach
-Flexibility in tasks and working hours, with willingness to learn and adapt
-Experience in an international consulting environment is an advantage
-Solid foundation in finance is desirable
-Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
-Good knowledge of MS Office tools
