RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT, 18 MONTHS’ EXPERIENCE, WEST YORKSHIRE, UP TO £25,000 DOE. Join a well established and supportive conveyancing team, where you will receive training and development, with the opportunity to manage a small caseload under supervision JOB REF: 0953

•The appointed conveyancer will be working in a busy residential conveyancing department, supporting all types of property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages while developing skills and progressing with the support of experienced conveyancers.

•Duties include answering initial enquiries, quoting, client communication, drafting legal documents, updating case management systems, and liaising with third parties such as estate agents and lenders

•The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months’ experience in a similar role, be highly organised with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and experience with case management systems is desirable (training provided).
