Triage Clinicians - Leeds
Merco Medical is currently seeking experienced locum Triage Clinicians to support services based in Leeds. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a busy, well-established urgent care setting and play a vital role in the initial clinical assessment of both adult and paediatric patients.
Role Overview:
As a triage clinician, your responsibilities will include:
* Performing initial assessments and clinical triage of walk-in patients
* Identifying urgent presentations requiring immediate care
* Prioritising patients based on clinical need and escalating appropriately
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary team within a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
To be considered, you must have:
* Valid NMC or HCPC registration
* Prior experience in triage or urgent/emergency care settings
* Confidence in assessing both adult and paediatric patients
* A working knowledge of SystmOne and an active NHS Smartcard
Rates:
* Up to A£45 LTD
Shift Details:
* Services operate 7 days a week, from 08:00 to 21:00, with both long shifts (12-13 hours) and shorter shift patterns available
