Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Walk-In Centre

Pay Rate: A£35.15 - A£60P/H
A fantastic new opportunity has emerged for a streaming clinician with prior experience working in urgent care or emergency rooms.
The post holder will efficiently route patients who arrive at LGI's Emergency Department (ED) with non-differentiated conditions to the appropriate clinical team, such as the ED department, SDEC, or another specialty, to manage the patient's clinical presentation.
Through the application of the VET (Visualize, Explore, Triage) model, the Streamer will possess the ability to identify high-risk presentations in individuals of all ages, including adults and children . There will be no patient discharges from the ED by the post holder.
To connect with their clinical colleagues who work in the minor illness service, the Streamer will utilize SystemOne in addition to the hospital's Symphony IT system to submit the assessment data.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC/HCPC Registration
-Hold Level 7 Minor Injury and Minor Illness
-Must be a Prescriber
-See and treat all patient groups
- Proven experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or Walk-In Centre setting
- SystemOne experience, with a valid Smart Card
