Advanced Practitioners - Stamford OOH
Merco Medical is actively seeking experienced locum Advanced Practitioners (ACPs, ECPs, and ANPs) to support a GP Out of Hours service in Stamford, seeing and treating patients of all ages with a wide range of minor illnesses.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality, autonomous clinical care to patients
* Managing and treating a variety of minor illnesses in patients of all ages
* Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
Essential Requirements:
* Valid NMC or HCPC Registration
* Minor Illness Level 7
* Independent Prescriber
* Previous experience in Urgent or Primary Care
* Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
* Confidence in managing undifferentiated presentations in a dynamic setting
Desirable:
* MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
Shift Patterns:
The OOH Service operates 7 days a week, offering:
* Weekdays - 19:00-22:00
* Weekends - 8:00-14:00, 14:00-22:30
Pay Rates (Inside IR35):
* Band 7: Up to A£51.50 per hour (Umbrella)
* Band 8: Up to A£56.00 per hour (Umbrella)
