Requirements:

* 5+ years in a Director of Sales role at a luxury hotel or resort (mandatory)
* Extensive experience in international leisure and group sales
* A strong network of agency, consortia, and tour operator contacts
* Excellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills
* A strategic mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
* Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen (required for work permit eligibility)
* Previous island or remote resort experience is a strong asset
