RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus :
-Industry Relationship:
-Work closely with global marketing teams and other marketing functions, responsible to develop effective media plan to enhance brand’s equity and awareness.
-Cultivate and maintain excellent relationship with media and influencers, and further set up the pool for friends of brand.
-Monthly press release for new product launch.
-Celebrity:
-Work for celebrity strategy to balance the brand image and commercial targets.
-Maintain Brand Ambassador relationship and work with Global IM team for Brand Ambassador projects.
-Digital Social:
-Develop brand own social platform matrix and work with global team closely to build up and maintain own social platform.
-Beauty WeChat support (assets providing, legal approval, calendar go through, URL communication)
-Work as an owner to overlook and manage brand assets including retainer E-commerce page and brand assets review.
-PR Event: Plan and execute press events and support trade event to generate brand social buzz.
-Others:
-Manage PR budget and track expenditures.
-Collaborate with cross function team closely including product, trade, sales and other stakeholders to ensure deliver right brand messages.
-Monthly Competitor’s activation analysis
-issue PO, budget tracking.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
-3+ years of working experience in digital marketing. In-house beauty experience is preferred, and 4A background is a plus.
-Familiar with beauty production, digital activation, platforms, etc.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Solid data analysis ability and sensibility
-Influent in English and Chinese, oral and written
