Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in creating and updating and monitoring daily/weekly production schedules.
-Help identify shortages or overages of materials and recommend actions.
-Collect and analyze production data.
-Prepare reports and dashboards for planning and performance tracking.
-Enter and maintain data in ERP systems.
-Support data accuracy for materials, BOMs, and routing.
-Work with production, kanban technician, procurement, and logistics teams to align plans.
-Participate in daily production meetings and planning reviews.
-Identify inefficiencies in planning or scheduling processes.
-Support lean manufacturing or Six Sigma projects.
-Help document standard operating procedures related to planning.
-Maintain planning-related documentation and training materials.
-Attend training sessions on planning tools, systems, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
-Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
