Job Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Co-Op will be assisting and supporting a Manufacturing Engineer of an assigned Plant with the following duties.
-Perform Time Studies
-Develop and perform process reviews.
-Review production problems and help Identify a solution.
-Develop, implement, and update documentation.
-Review or modify CAD drawings.
-Work closely with production employees to gather data.
Job Qualifications:
-Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
-Ability to communicate with a variety of levels of employees.
-Must have own means of reliable communication.
-Must be able to work onsite in a Mfg. Plant located in either New Bremen, New Knoxville, Minster, Celina, or Troy, Ohio.
