MV Dispatch department is looking for an MV/LV Dispatch Center Engineer
What you will do:
Shift Control Room functions in MV/LV Dispatching, including:
• Real-time monitoring of the MV/LV network, ensuring service continuity and quality.
• Ensuring the safety of people and assets in all procedures
• Support for shift coordination and supervision, providing guidance for network switching operations under both normal and adverse weather conditions, while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Coordination with the HV Dispatch Center in the context of network operations.
• Analysis of network asset maintenance orders, as well as validation of asset management requests and live-line work requests submitted to dispatch centers (including the preparation and validation of the associated processes).
• Analysis and consolidation of OMS data related to quality of service, ensuring that each outage occurrence complies with the definitions set by the Portuguese regulator, ERSE.
• Execution of network studies involving load transfers, network optimization, loss reduction, and contingency scenarios.
• Analysis and management of SCADA alarms and automation systems.
• Application of critical thinking in complaint analysis and response, smart grid diagnostics, and proactive detection of LV faults.

What are we looking for:

-Bachelor's degree or, preferably, a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, ideally with a specialization in the Energy field
- Up to 3 years' experience (professional activity in Electrical Engineering);
Key Skills:
• Availability for shift-based work;
• Electrical network analysis;
• Data analysis (large volumes of data, including SCADA alarms, OMS events, energy metering, power flows, etc.);
• Responsibility and autonomy;
• Strong teamwork skills.
