Job Title: Head of Hotels - Expanding Group - London
Salary: Up to A£200,000

We're supporting a fast-growing hospitality brand in the search for a Head of Hotels to oversee the performance, people, and operations across their expanding hotel portfolio. This is a key leadership role for someone who can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day delivery - ensuring every property lives up to brand standards, drives revenue, and delivers a standout guest experience.
About the Role
* Take ownership of the end-to-end guest experience across all brands, with a focus on quality, consistency, and emotional connection
* Lead the senior hotel team across Operations, Commercial, and Brand to deliver performance targets and operational efficiency
* Develop and support General Managers and site leaders, building a strong leadership pipeline
* Oversee hotel openings, including planning, team setup, and operational readiness
* Work closely with Finance to manage budgets, drive profitability, and review performance
* Ensure systems, processes, and technology are in place to support scale
* Act as a key partner to the CEO and COO on new projects, concepts, and group planning
The Ideal Candidate
* 10+ years of senior hotel leadership, ideally across multiple sites or brands
* Confident driving both operational performance and brand consistency
* Commercially sharp, with experience improving revenue and margins
* Brings a collaborative, hands-on leadership style and strong people skills
* Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels
* Tech-savvy and open to innovation, with experience implementing new systems
* Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
