Why we need this role.
In this strategic, customer-facing role, you’ll be the trusted advisor helping clients unlock the full value of Colt’s solutions. You’ll build long-term partnerships, drive product adoption, and ensure seamless onboarding and renewals—positioning Colt as a key enabler of their success.

What you'll do.
Guide enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realization

Build deep understanding of customer goals and align Colt’s solutions accordingly

Monitor usage data, manage renewals, and mitigate risks proactively

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales

Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product and service improvements

What we're looking for.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise consulting

Strong understanding of telecom, network services, or cloud-based solutions

Ability to navigate complex customer environments and influence stakeholders

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM tools, customer success platforms, and data-driven decision-making
