This role is leading production planning and in contract manufacturing sites and coordinating complaint procedure for these sites. On top of standard export specialist responsibilities this role is leading process mapping, SOP creation and preparing blueprint for export specialist role (for current team but also for onboarding process). Connected with this is project support from an expert with daily hands-on experience – testing of new systems, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, etc.
What will be your responsibilities on this position?
* Leading production planning and complaint procedure for CM sites – preparing brewing and filling plan based on forecast and received orders, controlling of finish goods stock and shelf life, coordinating complaint process and communication with all stakeholders
* Project support – testing of new systems, preparing new processes, ways of working, etc.
* Leading process mapping for logistic and customer service - SOP creation, process flows, manuals for new systems, seeking for improvements, onboarding/training expert
* Managing and controlling stock of loading safety equipment (dunnage bags, insulation foil, load restraints, etc.) for all sourcing location, seeking for improvements, managing suppliers relationship
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:
* High school graduation
* Understanding of customer service and order to delivery process including knowledge of systems; ways of working, etc.
* Good communication skills in English and Czech language (written and spoken)
* Analytical skills Customer oriented person
* Supply Chain experience in area of supply chain, transport or customer service (min. 2 years experience)
Preferred:
* Experience with managing or leading of projects; Experience with system implementation or testing
* University degree Supply Chain related qualification/Business/Economics
