Technical Lead
What will you do?

-Guide and support your team in resolving technical issues.
-Actively participate in debugging and troubleshooting alongside your team when required.
-Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-Collaborate with upstream and downstream application teams, infrastructure, and cyber teams to address integration, design, and technical challenges.
-Manage both internal and client stakeholders effectively.
-Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure timely completion of your own deliverables.
The ideal candidate should possess:

-8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in development and deployment of JAVA technologies, including Java Applet, Struts 1, Hibernate, MyBatis, and Spring 5.
-Experience working with databases such as Oracle Database and MS SQL.
-Proven experience in migrating monolithic applications to microservices architecture.
-Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
-Understanding of both Windows and Linux environments.
-Hands-on experience with basic monitoring tools such as Splunk, Elastic, AppDynamics, etc.
-Strong can-do attitude and ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
-Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
