We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/FLT driver on the day shift, 4on 4off # , for our new contract in Leicestershire. Based at their production facility, you’ll be responsible for picking and loading a factory fed warehouse operation.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £12.97 per hr with a 1.25% increase for any overtime. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
-Handling and putting away palletised goods
-Stacking and handling palletsed goods onto trailers
-Driving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways we can improve
-Putting pallets into the line feeder for production
What you need to succeed at XPO:
-A track record of operating an FLT truck
-A focus on health and safety
-Experience within Warehousing would be beneficial
-Counterbalance license B1
-Minimum of 2 years counterbalance experience
-Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given
-Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given
