Hybrid - 2 days in Office (Mesa County)
ELV is a nonprofit that helps childcare providers strengthen their businesses and deliver high-quality care. Through our Early Head Start-Child Care Partnerships (EHS-CCP) grant, we provide vital services to children and families in Mesa County and across Colorado.
Early Learning Ventures (ELV) is hiring a Child Care Partnership Specialist to support early childhood providers and families in Mesa County, CO . This role ensures high-quality infant and toddler care by helping childcare partners implement Early Head Start (EHS) services and meet program standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support childcare sites with training, coaching, and compliance. Partner with families to ensure support for children. Collaborate with ELV's service delivery team and community partners. Travel locally within Mesa County (up to 60%).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in early childhood education (or related field/working toward degree). 2+ years in human services; 1+ year in early childhood preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, Teams, Alliance CORE). Colorado Coaching or Family Development Credential (or willingness to obtain). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
