Crossroads School, a program within Crossroads Continuum, is a private, non-profit day school based in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and approved by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). We serve students pre-K through 12th grade and post-graduate (ages 3-22) in a bright, supportive school environment.

About the Role
As an Applied Behavior Analysis Teacher (ABAT), you'll work directly with children, adolescents, or young adults, implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), fostering academic, social, and life skills, and ensuring high-quality services. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you'll gain diverse experience while enjoying a consistent, family-friendly schedule (7:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday) that supports work/life balance.

Requirements
Bachelor degree required; relevant education or experience preferred

Must pass all required background screenings (CORI, DDS CORI, Fingerprinting, DDPC)

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Experience with ABA, special education, or direct care is a plus

Strong adaptability and communication skills

Ability to lift 50 pounds alone, or more with assistance/adaptive equipment

Compensation details: 9 Yearly Salary
