Job Title & Role Description
The Reporting Analys t is part of the Clinical Operations team and will report directly to the VP, Process Excellence. This role supports key analytics initiatives that drive decision-making, operational efficiency, and quality improvement across Upward Health. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that support our clinical and operational strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
Extract data from data warehouses and other systems such as Salesforce Health Cloud (SFHC) and Athena. Design, develop, and maintain recurring reports to support standing meetings such as Key Operational Metrics, Client-Centric Reviews, etc. Create and maintain ad hoc reports on productivity, operational metrics, and report merging across sources. Manage operational role incentive data reporting, including preparation, validation, approval coordination, and submission to operations for payment. Pull, analyze, and share client quality data found within portals until fully integrated into the Unified Data Model (UDM). Collaborate with operational leaders to provide data reports from various sources (e.g., ADP) related to role turnover, requisition aging, etc. Analyze data trends and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand reporting needs and optimize the presentation of data. Ensure consistency and accuracy across all reporting deliverables.
Skills Required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, charts). Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analytical automation. Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or SQL. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and clinical workflows preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
