Regional Sales Manager – Aerospace & Defence (EMEA)

Our client, a leading player in the high-tech sector, is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead growth within the Aerospace & Defence (A&D) market across EMEA. Reporting to the A&D Director, you’ll work closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver targeted sales strategies, win high-value contracts, and strengthen the company’s position with major industry customers.
Role Overview
In this position, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory, building strategic account plans, cultivating senior-level relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for the entire sales process — from identifying opportunities to closing deals — while ensuring accurate forecasting and market insight feed into the wider business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
-Collaborate with the A&D Director to develop and implement growth plans for priority customers and the wider region.
-Manage all sales activity in your territory, working alongside internal and technical sales specialists to meet and exceed targets.
-Research and identify major opportunities, creating tailored strategies to win new business.
-Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
-Maintain precise revenue forecasts and keep CRM systems fully updated.
-Foster strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on commitments.
Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-Strong track record in sales and sales leadership.
-Experience managing large, multi-country territories remotely.
-Background in the Aerospace & Defence sector.
-Technical sales experience with complex, high-tech products; semiconductor knowledge desirable.
-Proven success in influencing senior decision-makers and closing complex deals.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
-Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Fluent in both French and English.
