Compensation:
$70,000 on target earnings
Responsibilities: Welcome and engage customers in-store, over the phone, and on-site. Understand their needs and recommend stylish, functional flooring solutions. Provide clear project estimates and timelines. Coordinate installations and ensure top-notch follow-through. Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional experience. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills. Interest in home design, retail sales, or construction. Eagerness to learn-no flooring experience required! We'll train you. Comfort with basic math (like measuring rooms) and using digital tools. A self-starter who's organized, adaptable, and ready to grow. About Company
