Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles according to Ford factory standards . Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets the highest quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with a team of skilled technicians to meet customer needs and dealership goals. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance clearly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Certified Ford Technician required. 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician, with specific expertise in Ford vehicles . Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills. ASE certification is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mentality. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
