Administrator - Airfields and Lining Division

Location: Lincoln

Salary: A£25,000 - A£28,000 per annum

Vacancy Type:

Our clients are seeking a skilled Administrator as part of their Airfield & Lining Division. They will be responsible for managing the stability, and performance of databases and systems.

The Role

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.

Duties include:

* Monitor and optimize the performance of database systems.
* Manage the process of 'passes' for the crews.
* Regularly update database systems, such as Reflow, to ensure all information is relevant.
* Provide technical support to users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with other employees to analyse system requirements and recommend improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

* Proficient in system administration with hands-on experience in managing systems and databases.
* Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction industry.
* Computer literate
* Excellent analytical skills to diagnose issues effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
