About the Job:
The Maintenance Tech performs maintenance and service throughout Hopedale Medical Complex and other properties owned and/or operated by Hopedale Medical Foundation.

Responsibilities
Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, residential and commercial. Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, residential and commercial. Inspect, repair, and maintain and repair fans, pumps, coolers, boilers, and general equipment Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing Complete general maintenance tasks Assemble furniture Maintain grounds, including snow removal and shoveling Lawn equipment maintenance PM vehicles Prepare areas for construction Follow safety protocol and procedures

Knowledge/Skill/Ability Requirements
High school diploma or the equivalent is required. A valid license for HVAC technicians is preferred. Valid Illinois driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance is required. Ability to read, write, follow written, and oral instructions is required. Working knowledge of general maintenance skills in carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting, boilers, plumbing, etc. is required. Knowledge of HVAC systems resident and commercial is required. Analytical skills necessary to recognize, diagnose and repair equipment and system malfunctions are required. Knowledge of safety procedures is required. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with others in determining and solving needs are required. Mathematical skills necessary to perform some calculations are required. Ability to learn to read blueprints and specifications. When on call, you will need to be within a 30-minute drive from Hopedale.
Compensation details: 24-26 Hourly Wage
