We're currently seeking a Yard Supervisor to oversee daily yard operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure safe and efficient handling of materials and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise yard staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Load/unload materials using forklifts and other equipment
Maintain organized yard layout and accurate inventory
Coordinate deliveries and support dispatch/logistics operations
Enforce safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated correctly
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Requirements:
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a yard, warehouse, or construction-related field
Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
Forklift certified or significant forklift operating experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week (Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday)
Preferred Qualifications (a major plus): CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
Experience with delivery coordination or dispatch operations
