Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on an Planned Maintenance/ Retrofit contract based in Basildon and surrounding areas
Offering a competitive salary of up to GBP55k +car allowance and benefits
* We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering retrofit/ planned maintenance projects and external works to include, windows, EWI, internal and external decorations
* Manage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained
* Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action and job requirements and assist with design solutions
Previous work on Social housing Retrofit contracts is a must
You will need:
* Previous Site Management experience, ideally on planned maintenance projects
* SMSTS, First aid, CSCS card
* NVQ 4 Supervisory or above is ideal
* UK Driving licence is essential
