Job Summary:
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. Acts as store department lead and helps ensure the department had appropriate inventory levels.

Job Responsibilities:

-Generate sales, and demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Responsible for opening and closing store
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Evaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growth
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policies
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Manage sales floor team and rental process
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication

-Provide great customer service to all guests

Job Requirements:

-Previous retail sales experience -

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
