Responsibilities:
Uphold safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times

Deliver personalised teaching approaches to encourage pupil progression
*
Implement positive behaviour management strategies
*
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
*
Work collaboratively with support staff and the Headteacher
*
Demonstrate an understanding of how ASD and MLD can present barriers to learning, and strategies to overcome them
