Company Overview:
A well-established semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join their automotive business unit. This role is based on-site in the NeuchAtel area and focuses on the development of sensor ICs. You’ll work closely with internal and remote teams to deliver high-performance analog/mixed-signal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Contribute to and oversee analog/mixed-signal IC development projects
-Ensure design targets and schedules are met with structured development and verification methods
-Collaborate with remote design teams for technical alignment
-Support product definition activities through technical analysis
-Interface with internal departments including Quality, Design Services, Fab, Back-End, and Customer
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-Proven experience in end-to-end analog/mixed-signal IC development
-Strong knowledge of analog architectures such as power management, wireless communication, data converters, or analog front ends
-Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and validation methodologies
-Academic background at PhD level in a relevant field is a plus
-Curious, motivated, and adaptable with a hands-on mindset
Requirements:
-Master’s degree with 3–5 years of industry experience
-Prior experience in automotive IC design
-Clear and precise communication skills for external collaboration
-Strong customer focus, especially within the automotive space
Languages:
-English (C-level proficiency required)
-French and/or German are advantageous
