Do you have fine dining experience and would like to work in a 5* hotel in London? We are looking a talented, well organised individual who has a passion for fine dining and F&B. As Restaurant & Bar Manager you will manage and develop the F&B team to deliver the highest level of service. My client is looking for someone who has a background in fine dining and luxury hotels or restaurants.

About the position
* Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
* Oversee the training and development of the team
* Ensure that a 5* service is provided
* Conduct staff reviews and action the areas in need of training
* Work closely with the Head Chef & General Manager
* Report to the F&B Director
The successful candidate
* Previous experience working in a 5* hotel or restaurant
* Fine dining experience a must
* A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
* Well organised with an eye for detail
* A born leader with excellent communication skills
