Salary: Up to A£42,000 + bonus
Location: London
I am currently recruiting for a Deputy Executive Housekeeper at this luxury hotel in London. My client is looking for a confident, and well-organized individual to join this unique hotel. As Deputy Executive Housekeeper , you will be responsible for providing both strategic and hands-on leadership in directing the housekeeping operations to ensure the department achieves its goals and effectively contributes to the guest experience whilst maintaining high standards.
About the position
* Oversee and manage the housekeeping team
* Run daily meetings with the team
* Collaborate with the maintenance team
* Ensure all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations are strictly enforced in line with the standards to ensure guests and colleagues' safety
* Manage linen inventory
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Train and develop the team
The successful candidate
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
* A natural team leader
* Operational and leads from the front
