* Proven experience managing large venues with multi-bar operations
* Strong financial acumen and excellent stock control skills
* Outstanding people and leadership abilities
* Creative flair with fresh sales and event ideas
* A hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Personal Licence is a must!
* Flexibility, as late nights will be required
