Brezden Pest Control is a local family-owned company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Luis Obispo. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and steady under pressure, with strong attention to detail. They should be personable and approachable on the phone, able to balance friendliness with professionalism, and comfortable working closely with both customers and technicians.

A cooperative, team-oriented mindset is important, along with the ability to adapt when schedules change or unexpected issues arise. As a key member of our pest department, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 1 hour for lunch.

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel. Schedule pest inspections with precision and efficiency. Confirm appointment times/dates with customers. Prepare and send billing information for completed work to clients.
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits for Customer Service Representative
