What You'll Do
* Plan and deliver engaging and accessible Art and Design Technology lessons tailored to the specific needs of students with SEN.
* Inspire students to explore a range of materials, tools, and creative processes in a safe and supportive workshop or classroom environment.
* Support students in developing fine motor skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence through hands-on projects.
* Contribute to school-wide creative events and projects that celebrate the achievements of our students.
What We're Looking For
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Experience or a strong interest in working with students with special educational needs.
* A valid DBS on the update service.
* Strong subject knowledge in both Art and Design Technology.
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills, with a patient and adaptable approach.
* A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the school community.
