Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Enhanced Child DBS on the updated service (Willingness for one)

* Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literature.

Key Responsibilities

* Planning and delivering engaging English lessons to a high standard.
* Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assessing, marking, and providing constructive feedback on student work.
* Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with SEND.
* Monitoring and tracking student progress to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
* Maintaining accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
* Collaborating with colleagues in the English department and across the school.
* Participating in school meetings, professional development, and training as required.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively.
* Communicating with parents and guardians about student performance and progress.
