A welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets (near Canary Wharf station) is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team and provide tailored support for pupils across KS1 and KS2.
About the Role
The successful Learning Support Assistant will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs.

Assist teachers in delivering lessons by adapting resources and supporting classroom activities.
*
Encourage independence and build pupils' confidence in learning and social settings.
*
Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents where appropriate.
*
Support behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive classroom environment.
The School is Looking For
Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar capacity.

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's needs.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A strong commitment to ensuring every child has access to quality learning opportunities.
