Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years in a Director of Food & Beverage role
* Expereince in Forbes 5 star hotels
* Deep understanding of international service standards and multicultural teams
* Financially savvy with strong budgeting and forecasting experience
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
* Must be a citizen of the United States or Canada
Previous island or remote location experience is a strong asset
