Rate: $22-25 per hour depending on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.

Role and Responsibilities:
Commercial maintenance in office buildings. Preventative maintenance. Grounds maintenance. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting. Customer service. Rotating On-Call. May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation. High School Diploma/GED. Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces
