The AR Rebates Analyst is responsible for performing work activities included in the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Molson Coors organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Create in ERP system the contractual prices/discounts/rebates conditions
-Establish and ensure compliance to a Pricing & Rebates approval process, ensuring that the data is aligned with the business needs
-Manage data and data integrity across systems, resolve any problem areas of existing data integrity and provide solutions going forward
-Ensure that pricing requests are handled in a timely manner and followed up regularly
-Ensure process adherence for Order to Cash, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organization
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
-Rebates/pricing experience or any other relevant OTC experience min. 1 year
-Excel intermediate (Vlookup, pivot, concatenate)
-Language skills: English (B2)
-Good collaboration with peers
-Stakeholder experience
-Attention to detail
