About the role
As National Account Manager – On Premise at Vinarchy, you’ll be responsible for building and expanding relationships with key restaurant groups, hotels, entertainment venues, and other high-profile accounts across the U.S. This field-based role focuses on driving premium wine visibility, executing strategic menu placements, and creating compelling on-premise activations that bring Vinarchy’s diverse portfolio to life. Ideal for a commercially minded, relationship-driven sales professional, this role offers the opportunity to influence the premium wine experience in some of the country’s most exciting on-premise settings.
Key Responsibilities Include:
-Build and strengthen relationships with key On-Premise customers, including restaurant groups, hotel chains, high-end independent accounts, and entertainment venues.

-Lead customer planning and activation, including menu placements, wine list features, seasonal promotions, and premium wine programming.

-Partner with distributor sales teams to drive distribution, menu presence, and staff engagement to elevate Vinarchy’s portfolio in priority accounts.

-Develop and execute innovative programs leveraging consumer dining trends, experiential activations, and trade education to strengthen brand equity and premium positioning in the On-Premise channel.

-Influence pricing, allocations, and promotional spend to maximize premium product visibility and profitability.

-Analyze sales data, account-level performance, and on-premise trends to inform strategy, optimize execution, and identify new business opportunities.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, and brand teams to deliver compelling on-premise activations and account-specific programs.

-Conduct training and engagement sessions with account staff and distributor partners to build advocacy for Vinarchy’s wines.

-Provide regular updates on account performance, competitive activity, market insights, and growth opportunities to leadership.
What You’ll Bring:

-Bachelor’s Degree (business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred).

-5–8 years of sales experience in beverage alcohol or premium wine, with a strong track record in the On-Premise channel.

-Proven success working with distributor partners and understanding of the three-tier system.

-Demonstrated experience managing national or key regional on-premise accounts.

-Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and proficiency with on-premise reporting tools and data.

-Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate sales and market insights into actionable strategies.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence account decision-makers and distributor partners.

-Knowledge of menu dynamics, beverage program management, and wine category trends within on-premise channels.

-Proven ability to create and execute experiential and insight-led trade activations that engage consumers and elevate brand presence.
