Key Responsibilities
-Lead and mentor a small social media team, ensuring clear roles, growth and high-quality output
-Foster collaboration across internal departments and external partners for integrated campaigns
-Strategize, plan and oversee content across key platforms including Instagram and Xiaohongshu (XHS)
-Build and manage influencer partnerships and KOL-driven projects to amplify RWG’s presence locally and internationally
-Conceptualize and execute impactful social media IP campaigns and new initiatives that cut through the noise, spark meaningful engagement and drive business objectives
-Manage social livestreaming programs to engage audiences in real-time
-Track and analyze performance data to measure campaign success and optimize strategies
-Conduct social media listening to monitor conversations, trends and potential crises
-Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
-Drive community outreach and engagement initiatives to strengthen online fan relationships
Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
-4+ years of experience in social media, influencers or related roles
-Multi-lingual in Chinese and English (written and spoken)is an added advantage
-Skilled in social listening tools, data analytics and reporting
-Strong knowledge of Instagram and Xiaohongshu platform dynamics
-Passionate about all things social, with a finger on the pulse of digital trends
-Detail-oriented, disciplined and equipped with leadership skills
-Working experience in both local (Malaysia) and international markets
