Senior HR Business Partner (Freelance) - Change Lead

Our client, a major player in the healthcare and MedTech sectors, is offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a highly strategic role. Known for shaping both business and HR outcomes on an international scale, this organization thrives on innovation and growth. Following the acquisition of a new production site in North Rhine-Westphalia where no formal HR structures are currently in place, you will have the chance to build processes from the ground up and lead meaningful transformations with visible impact.

Role Responsibilities:

* Design and roll out HR processes (training, talent development, organizational structure, communication, and culture) aligned with the company's strategy.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support core projects and embed the company's values across the organization.
* Lead organizational development and change management initiatives, fostering a high-performing HR function.

Requirements:

* Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience.
* Several years (7+) of HR experience, ideally in soft HR areas such as training, development, and cultural transformation within a manufacturing setting.
* Coaching certification is a strong plus.
* Proven background in change management; familiarity with ADKAR methodology is highly desirable.
* Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of Japanese would be an advantage
