OVERVIEW:
•The firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer with experience managing all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish
•The caseload will consist of, freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity
•You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
•Previous experience in a similar role
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•You will offer exceptional levels of client care
•The firm are looking for an immediate available locum to cover a period of maternity leave
