Sales Training Manager
Our client, a leading innovator in health technology located near Brussels, offers an exciting opportunity for a Sales Training Manager. Role Responsibilities:
* Lead and shape comprehensive onboarding and continuous improvement training programs, ensuring a high-performing team that aligns with the company's transformation goals.
* Collaborate with diverse internal teams to provide cross-functional learning and career growth opportunities, supporting business transformation projects.
* Drive adherence to operational and quality standards, enhancing the company's commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Training, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for excelling in a transformative training environment.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Training and Development.
* Hands-on experience with any of SAP, SharePoint, or Power BI.
* Experience in training and development within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus.
* Familiarity with e-learning development tools such as Easygenerator, Articulate, or Adobe Captivate is a plus.
* Fluent in English, any other EU languages are a plus
