Job description:

Location: Buckshaw Village, Chorley
Salary: £25,500 per annum + OTE (Up to £30,000 in first year)
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 0900am to 1700pm (20 minute paid break)

- Bookings and Confirmations:
- Supporting the team to ensure all booking confirmations go out on time and all bookings are filled.

Candidate Resourcing:
This includes drafting job advertisements, using various online platforms, networking, and engaging in headhunting to identify potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing:
Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' suitability for specific roles.

Relationship Building:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, fostering a collaborative approach.

Negotiations and Deal Closing:
Facilitating salary negotiations and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates.

Client Management:
Understanding client needs, offering advice on recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Data Management:
Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring accurate records of client and vacancy information.

Sales:
Be able to conduct cold-calling to clients. Up to 20 calls per day.
Feel comfortable building new relationships with new clients and conducting new business development.
Able to go on client/site visits for new business development and develop client relationships.
