I am looking for a Revenue Manager to join an established regional team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of hotels, driving revenue strategies across all channels and segments. You will play a key part in forecasting, budgeting, and optimising demand to maximise performance and profitability.

Your Experience
* At least 2 years of experience in a revenue management role
* Proficiency in a Revenue Management System (RMS), ideally IDeaS G3
* Strong analytical and forecasting skills with attention to detail
* Hospitality or retail sector experience is an advantage
* Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams
* Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
Your Responsibilities
* Manage revenue for approximately three hotels in the Netherlands region
* Optimise demand across all revenue streams, channels, and customer segments
* Assess daily demand patterns to identify risks and opportunities, maximising RevPAR, RevPAM, and TRevPAR
* Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, M&E, and Operations teams to deliver effective commercial strategies
* Report on performance, forecasts, and budgets, supporting regional revenue leadership
* Share knowledge across the business and support training where required
* Drive innovation in revenue strategies to deliver long-term value
