Position: Assistive Technology Trainer

Location: Across London

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent position

Start Date: ASAP

Qualification: Prior trainer experience/teaching experience

Randstad Education, in collaboration with our specialist partner, provides transformative Disabled Student's Allowance (DSA) training to empower students and help them achieve their academic goals.

In this role, you'll directly empower university and college students, providing the one-to-one support they need to break down learning barriers and achieve academic success.

This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with the clients hours.

Responsibilities:

* Create bespoke 1:1 training plans for students with diverse needs.
* Deliver effective remote and in-person assistive technology training.
* Adapt teaching styles to individual learner requirements.
* Maintain accurate student records and all training documentation.
* Mentor students to build their confidence and independence with technology.
* Collaborate with all partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Preferred Skills:

* A degree-level qualification.
* Proven experience training users on assistive technology.
* Hands-on knowledge of major AT software (e.g., Dragon, Read&Write).
* Experience providing 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage a caseload.
* A full, clean UK Driving Licence.
