Account Manager / Inside Sales - B2B Client Growth & Creative Partnerships (Video + Animation Agency)
We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of client relationships and business growth. This is a strategic inside sales role where you'll own and grow client partnerships from first intro to final delivery.
At VMG Studios, Account Managers don't just "keep clients happy"-they actively guide conversations, uncover opportunities, and turn creative potential into signed projects. You'll manage inbound inquiries, craft tailored proposals, follow up to close work, and proactively spark new ideas for how we can support our clients' evolving needs.
Qualifications: Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within an agency. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Stellar communication and presentation skills. A knack for identifying potential business opportunities and cultivating lasting relationships. Agile and adaptive, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Generating New Leads : Reach out, identify, and engage potential clients through various channels, turning curiosity into collaboration. Client Inquiry, Capability, and Intake Calls: Act as the first point of contact, understanding client needs, and conveying VMG Studios' capabilities. Creating Follow-Up Materials: Put together presentation decks and other materials that highlight VMG Studios' unique value proposition. Follow-Up to Close the Job: Persistently engage with potential clients, ensuring that every opportunity is explored and every story has a chance to be told. Maintaining Relationships: Engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships, ensuring they feel part of our creative journey. Resolving Customer Issues: Approach client concerns empathetically and provide timely, practical solutions that resonate with our core values. Researching & Recommendations: Keep a keen eye on market trends and client needs, making recommendations that drive sales and amplify our clients' voices. Quotes and Proposals: Creating detailed quotes and proposals that outline the scope of work, pricing, and project timelines. Pitching and Closing: Developing and delivering persuasive presentations and pitches, as well as closing deals. Negotiations: Leading negotiations, including pricing discussions and contract terms.
