Bostik is looking for a M&A Project Manager based in La Défense in its headquarters.
You will report to Strategy and M&A Director and your main responsabilities will be :
• Work on external growth projects (dozens of potential targets reviewed every year, multiple due diligences launched)
• Contribute to the achievement of Arkema growth strategy for Bostik, liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
• Leverage knowledge of Adhesives markets and main competitors to support Bostik’s 4 Global Business Units external growth agenda
• Ensure screening of potential targets with the support of GBUs resources and external consultants as needed
• Review and conduct external growth projects for Bostik in close partnership with Arkema M&A organization:
o Build strategic and financial business case of considered acquisition
o Prepare and lead due diligence process
o Coordinate internal and external teams (financial advisors, consultants, sell side...) on all due diligence work-streams (business, operations, HSE, finance, HR)
o Ensure business case valuation and financial modelling
o Provide input to support negotiation of legal offers (NBO, binding offer/ SPA)
o Present investment business case to Codiv members of Bostik
Profil Recherché
The profile we are looking for :
- Education: Master’s degree
- Experience: 10+y in business/Finance
- Main skills:
- Project management
- Capacity to lead and coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Ability to listen, conceptualize and model complex business cases
- Ability to clearly communicate and accurately depict complex business cases and strategies
