Procurement and Operational Excellence Specialist

Your new role
As a Procurement and Operational Excellence Specialist, you will lead strategic procurement initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and oversee procurement systems to ensure cost-efficiency and operational effectiveness.
This pivotal role involves driving savings programs, leading contract negotiations, and implementing best practices in procurement processes.
You’ll also contribute to embedding efficiency into the organizational culture, supporting Lundbeck Iberia’s growth and innovation.
Your future team
Join a collaborative and dedicated team in the Finance & Commercial Excellence department, part of the MEC division at Lundbeck Iberia. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Iberia and Denmark. What you bring to the team
We’re looking for someone with:

-A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
-Additional training in procurement or project management is a plus.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or general services management roles.
-Strong supplier and contract management skills.
-Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects.
-Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
-Knowledge of Power BI for enhanced data visualization (as a plus).
-High level of English & Spanish – Portuguese skills are an asset.
-Expertise in leading contract negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
-Strong data analysis skills, including trend identification and data-driven decision-making.
-Excellent collaboration skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
-Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or involvement in commercial operations and process optimization is considered an asset.
