Responsibilities:
-Run SMT assembly machines per work instructions
-Maintain flow across multiple pieces of inline automated assembly machines
-Follow all safety and ergonomics programs & guidelines
-Perform basic quality checks as required
-Participate in team based continuous improvement activities
-Perform other work as assigned
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment
-Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality
Additional Information:
-Paid on the job training is provided - No experience required
-1st shift: Hours for this position are 5:00am - 3:10pm Monday through Thursday (4-10 hour days)
-2nd shift: Hours for this position are 2:50pm - 1:00am Monday through Thursday (4-10 hour days)
-Top pay is $25.00 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential
-Climate controlled working environment
